Directions:  We have refurbished the building which was The Hillside restaurant (previously The Reindeer Pub), at the bottom of the hill going from Hertford up to Bengeo. The surgery has its own private car park for customers and is clearly visible from the road. We are also easy to access by foot; there is a direct access from Hartham recreation area (over the bridge by the public carpark at the other end of the playing fields from the swimming pool), or up from Hertford walk from the ‘Wiggingtons’ traffic lights past the McMullen Brewery.

Parking:  Free parking is available within yards of the surgery. There are 6 free one-hour parking bays 7 yards past the surgery in the Hatfield direction, 6 spaces opposite on the High Street , and 7 spaces in the entrance of Cotton Road opposite the surgery.

Directions:  We are in Potters bar opposite the police station, 150 yards from the bus station, at the junction of the A1000 (Hatfield Road) and B 156 (the causeway going to Cuffley).

Directions:  We are 20 yards from the Woodhall Shopping Parade (which includes Somerfield supermarket), on Cole Green Lane in Welwyn Garden City. The surgery is a large detached building easily visible and accessible beyond the end of the main shopping parade.

Out of normal working hours, please call our normal practice number(s) for details. Out of hours emergencies are handled by the Royal Veterinary College, on 01707 666 399. This service is constantly staffed, and facilities for critical care are of an extremely high standard. If you need advice or help out of normal working hours, simply call - they can frequently give very helpful telephone advice.
